This butter knife is hand carved from a single piece of olive wood and is therefore very durable. Designed to sit well in the hand this knife is comfortable to use and is great for spreading butter as well as jams, sauces or for serving soft cheeses.

Olive wood is ideal for food preparation as the natural oil content of olive wood means that it kills bacteria and it is very hardwearing making it a handy tool in any kitchen and one that will be around for many years.

Product care: For everyday cleaning, simply wipe the surface down with a clean, damp cloth. Dry straight after cleaning. Do not submerse or leave to soak in water. Not Dishwasher Safe. To maintain the appearance of our wood over time olive oil can be re-applied using a dry lint free cloth.
